How do I prepare the recipe for chicken wings in the fryer?
For the wings, I mixed the flour with the garlic flakes, paprika, cumin and pepper.
Then I rolled the wings through seasoned flour. A very effective way to do this is to put the flour and wings together in a ziplock bag, and shake it well.
I sprayed the given wings through flour with oil spray and I put them in the fryer for 15 minutes then I turned them over and I put them for another 10 minutes.
For the pineapple, I beat the egg with a fork together with cinnamon, ginger and allspice. I gave the pineapple slices through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs, like slices.
I mixed all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender. I took the wings out of the fryer, poured the sauce over them and put them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Instead, I put the pineapples in the fryer. 7 minutes, back, 5 minutes.
For the salad, I mixed arugula, diced watermelon, and gogonele as well. I made the sauce from balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey, and poured it on top.
OTHER OPTION :
If you want to make Buffalo chicken wings in classic style, and not in Fantasy style with what Raluca found today in the pantry, the sauce is prepared like this: a cup of hot sauce, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little crushed garlic, a splash of Worcester sauce- all mix well. Otherwise, the technique is exactly the same: put the wings in flour with spices, fry in a cauldron or fryer, put the sauce on top and put in the oven.
I have been, even twice, to a Chicken Wings Festival, dedicated to cooking in this style (from where I tried to be inspired). Participants & ndash restaurants in several cities in the UK had to prepare these wings in two ways: once in the classic version & bdquoBufallo Wing & rdquo and once in a unique version, invented by them- & bdquoWild wing & rdquo. So what I did would be Wild Wing. I invite you to try both options and eventually, now that you have learned the technique, to invent your own.
The average grade given by the jury for this recipe is 9.25.

Spicy Baked Wings & # 8211 Recipe by Buffalo Chicken Wings
Spicy Baked Wings & # 8211 Recipe by Buffalo Chicken Wings. How to make the famous spicy chicken wings in the oven with red icing? The classic Buffalo Wings recipe served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Recipes with chicken wings. Baked wing recipes. American recipes.
For the first time I ate these spicy Buffalo-style chicken wings at an American restaurant in Germany (near Nuremberg). They were fabulous! A soft meat that melted in your mouth, speed from moderate to dizzying (you could choose its degree) and the typical garnishes meant to temper it: green celery stalks and creamy sauce with blue cheese.
These spicy wings or Buffalo Chicken Wings were first made in 1964 in Buffalo, New York (see here). From there started "the Buffalo style craze" & # 8211 a real madness that led to the appearance of many dishes garnished with this Buffalo sauce: from wings and chicken legs to Pork ribs or beef. At the base of the authentic recipe is the spicy sauce Frank & # 8217s Red Hot (from hot cayenne peppers). It can also be bought newer in Romania & # 8211 see here (costs about 13 lei / bottle).
The recipe for spicy wings in Buffalo style is a very simple one: the wings are cold either in an oil bath or in the oven and, at the end, they are bathed in spicy sauce. The sharpness of the spicy sauce is tempered with a lot of melted butter and a little vinegar. For those who do not like speed, I recommend using a homemade BBQ sauce or a homemade ketchup as the basis of this dressing (see here or here), following that the dosage of the hot sauce will be done with a teaspoon or in drops (not with a cup, as it is written in the recipe).
In extremes you can also use other spicy pepper sauces (Sriracha or Tabasco red pepper) but the original recipe is made with Frank & # 8217s Red Hot Sauce. Image source here.
Some of them are less spicy.
Be sure to serve these spicy wings with the famous blue cheese dip and crispy celery stalks. see the recipe here of this sauce.
From the quantities below it results approx. 4-6 servings of spicy Buffalo-style baked wings. You can also use lower chicken legs (drumsticks, hammers) but you will have to prolong the baking time.
The recipe I was inspired by is the one offered by Chef John from Food Wishes. The original recipe Frank & # 8217s Red Hot website is here. I give you both: both the original extra-spicy version and the one adapted to our tastes (moderately spicy).
We divide the wings into three if you buy them whole, you can boil the tops and use the soup for another dish like cream soup or pilaf.
Wash them well and wipe them with a dry paper towel.
We put them in a bowl and season them with the spices mentioned above (the quantities are approximate). Of course, depending on the tastes, you can add curry, a little soy sauce, turmeric, chilli flakes.
We mix them well so that they are seasoned on all sides.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
We put the wings next to each other on a tray in which we put baking paper and bake them without turning them for 40 minutes.
Put the sauce (about 300 ml) in a bowl. I used as I said a sweet chilli sauce, that's what kids like, but you can use any red sauce you like.
We take each wing and pass it through the sauce and then put it back in the tray. Use a tool like the one in the picture, because the wings are very hot.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for another 4 minutes.
Serve the hot wings with french fries and extra sauce.
