I like chicken breast the most in the form of slices and if it's a little spicy and crunchy, I consider it absolutely perfect. And to make everything perfect I tell you that these goodies were made from bird breast from the country :)
- 500 gr chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr flour
- 150-200 gr cornflakes
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Crispy chicken breast:
Wash the chicken breast and cut it into slices.
Lightly beat the slices then sprinkle with salt, pepper and hot paprika on each slice.
We prepare 3 plates: one with flour, another with beaten eggs and another with crushed cornflakes.
We give each piece of meat through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the cornflakes and fry in hot oil on both sides.
Remove the fried pieces on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
We can serve both hot next to any garnish we want and cold with a salad of vegetables or with a garlic sauce.
