We wash the donuts well and then cut them in two or four depending on how you want to make them and it also depends on how big they are.

Once cut and without seeds we put them in a larger bowl over which we will put the sugar, salt, vinegar, preservative sachet, bay leaves, mustard seeds and peppercorns after which we will mix. We will cover them and we will leave it like that until the next day, but from time to time we will mix them again (about 6-7 times).

The next day you will see that they float in the juice left. We will put this juice on them in jars after we place them. We will put the lid on and put them in the pantry.
