Fluffy donuts without sugar

How about some fluffy donuts without sugar? This recipe comes to the aid of those who want or need to reduce sugar, so we prepared them with Green Sugar powder, a natural sweetener that restores exactly the original taste of the dishes in which it is used.
I recommend these fluffy donuts without sugar, for whose recipe I was inspired by here.

Korean Pancakes with Sauce

Choose fresh, young pumpkins that do not have large or woody seeds. Wash the pumpkins well, wipe them and use the peel with everything. Cut thin slices (1.5-2 mm thick) and then the slices into sticks (about the size of matchsticks).

Put the sticks in the flour mixture with salt, pepper and water (gradually set not to become lumpy) and mix.

Heat a Teflon pan greased with a little oil and put in the middle about 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin composition. Gently press the mixture with the back of the spoon to stretch it, level it and give it as round a shape as possible.

Return after 2-3 min. If it is not brown enough, you can turn it over again after the other part is ready. Keep warm. Do the same until you finish the whole composition.
Sauce: mix the soy sauce with the onion and hot pepper, both finely chopped and crushed garlic.

Serve the hot "pancakes" by hand, breaking pieces of them and soaking them in the soy sauce.

Dinosaur Geopark has built a bridge between Hateg Country and South Korea

During one day, the territory of the Dinosaur Geopark Țara Hațegului was the set for a documentary to be made by a South Korean television. The professor of paleontology Dr. Min Huh from Chonnam National University and the director of the UNESCO Mudeungsan International Geopark in South Korea came to Romania accompanied by a South Korean television filming team MBC, specialized in making documentaries. The Korean film crew makes a series of documentaries in five of the 74 UNESCO geoparks in Europe and at the UNESCO headquarters of the international geoparks in Paris, and the geopark in Ţara Hațegului was among them.

Upon arrival in Romania, the first stop of the South Korean team was at the Faculty of Geology and Geophysics of the University of Bucharest where he met with the director of the only UNESCO international geopark in Romania, lecturer Dr. Alexandru Andrășanu.

I was impressed that the University of Bucharest is right in the center of the Romanian capital and that it is a historic building. I was also impressed by the exhibits - rocks and fossils - from the Faculty of Geology and Geophysics. It can be seen that behind it is the hard work of the professors here and I hope that in the future we will lay the foundations for a collaboration between Chonnam National University and the University of Bucharest. , said Professor Min Huh.

The second stop was in the Dinosaur Geopark Țara Hațegului. Over the course of a day, Professor Min Huh and his film crew visited the Geopark's visiting points and met with Geopark partners and local community representatives. The first objective visited was the exhibition "Dragons, dinosaur dragons" at the Geopark in Hațeg, where they found out details about its star dinosaur - Bondoc dragon and how tourists are presented with information about the geology of the area and the UNESCO geopark concept. In Densuș commune, the team from South Korea received information about volcanoes and the Tethys Sea from the time of the former Hațeg Island and met the mascot Andi Andezit right at her home, at the House of Volcanoes. Also in Densuș, guests visited the emblematic monument of the commune - St. Nicholas Church and learned how a place of worship can be a real geology lesson offered by the diversity of types of rocks used in its construction. And the Reformed - Calvinist Church from Sîntămăria Orlea impressed foreign visitors with its architecture, paintings inside and the fact that, over time, it was a place of worship for parishioners of different religions.

Another special objective was the “La scoabă” geosite, from Sînpetru village, Sîntămăria Orlea commune, the place where the first dinosaurs from Țara Hațegului were discovered. After learning about this geosphere, paleontology professor Min Huh said it was "one of the most interesting dinosaur fossil sites in the world”. The last objectives visited by the team from South Korea were the House of Dwarf Dinosaurs and the House of Traditions from Sînpetru, hosted by the mayor of Sîntămăria Orlea, Dumitru Oprean, and some members of the Women's Association of Santamaria Orlea, who invited them on guests and at a tasting of traditional Romanian products made in their households.

During the visit to the Geopark, Professor Min Huh and the filming team had the opportunity to meet with other important representatives of the Geopark partners - Drag de Hațeg, Adaconi and Geraico Association - but also with the Ambassadors for the Geopark. The young people from Ţara Hațegului, so present in the activities of the geopark, impressed the Korean teacher by their involvement, by the variety of information they can provide about the geopark, but also by the fluency with which they manage to communicate in English.

At the end of the visit, Professor Min Huh said that he was impressed by what he discovered in the only international geopark in Romania, from information about geology and educational projects to the local community so involved in the activities of the Geopark. He mentioned that he wants a collaboration between the university he represents and the University of Bucharest in order to facilitate the exchange of experience among students and that he would see possible collaboration between the local community in Sintămăria Orlea and a local community on the UNESCO Mudeungsan International Geopark. .

The visit of the South Korean representatives is all the more important as South Korea, through the UNESCO Jeju International Geopark, will host the 9th International Conference of UNESCO Geoparks to be held in 2020.

Preparation Chicken wings with Asian icing

Start with the sauce. In a saucepan, boil 100ml of water together with the soy and fish sauces, chili flakes (optional), freshly grated or dehydrated ginger, brown sugar and lemon juice. Add 2 cloves of garlic (from the 4-5) cut into thin slices. Bring everything to a boil and leave for 10-15 minutes on low heat to reduce and bind a little.

Heat a frying pan or pan with thicker walls (tuci type) and add the 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the wings well (previously washed and wiped with paper towels) on both sides, until well browned. Set aside in a bowl and keep warm.

In the fat left over from frying, add the finely chopped red and green onions, the remaining 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic and mix over low heat until they become translucent.

Quench everything with the previously prepared sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. With the help of a palette, all the pieces fried and glued to the walls of the dish come off (they will give a very good taste to this food).

Reinsert the red chicken wings in the pan and adjust the taste (pepper, possibly salt). Leave it to boil for 10-15 minutes, over low heat, without a lid, until the sauce decreases and they become copper-brown and caramelized. Stir from time to time so as not to burn and turn the wings from side to side.

Ingredients for poke bowls, Hawaiian recipe

  • 5-6 slices of tuna or salmon sashimi (I used salmon, because I like it more, with tuna it would be more authentic)
  • 100 g brown rice
  • Some young spinach leaves
  • A small grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoons edamame berries
  • A mic avocado
  • A few slices of fresh pineapple
  • A few slices of fresh mango
  • A few slices of kimchi
  • A few slices of pickled ginger (station)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

How do we prepare the recipe for poke bowls?

Before we begin, a little explanatory note about the ingredients:

Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy, usually found in sushi restaurants. It simply consists of very very fresh slices of raw fish (sometimes prepared by freezing and thawing, for more safety), cut rectangular with a very sharp knife.

Kimchi is an assortment of sauerkraut, characteristic of Korean cuisine. The cabbage is cut into small pieces and fermented with hot peppers.

Gari is a pickle prepared from the young ginger roots, in a sweet vinegar solution. Generally, when you buy sushi or sashimi from a specialty store, you get a few slices of stations to eat together.

Edamame are the seeds of young soybeans. They are eaten boiled or steamed, and in stores in the West you usually find them ready-cooked, either in pods (which are not edible) or peeled.

Wasabi is a green paste, very similar in taste to horseradish, prepared from a plant related to it, which grows in Japan. It can be replaced in recipes with horseradish paste.

I boiled the rice first and let it cool. I placed it on the bottom of the serving bowls.

On top, I put the baby spinach leaves. Above, in unmixed weights, thin slices of avocado, thin slices of kimchi, carrot strips, edamame, mango and pineapple pieces.

On top of all this, I put sashimi and ginger on top.

I mixed wasabi with lime juice and soy sauce until smooth.

I poured the sauce thus obtained over each bowl.

The average grade given by the jury for this recipe is 9.75.

Editorial | "We are a hospitable people" and other donuts that we shred every day

We, the Romanians, feel indebted to our lineage to highlight our invaluable qualities. From "Romanian women are the most beautiful women in the world" to "Romanian voivodes beat the Turks", we feed on social and historical lollipops. Romanian women are very sexy, but they win more striptease contests than Miss Universe. And the voivodes, although they said that the Turks were slapping their turbans, later agreed to pay a heavy tribute to the Ottoman Gate, for reasons shrouded in mystery.

& # 8220We are a very hospitable people & # 8221, we fight with our fists in our ribs. Let's be serious, we haven't put the wall door in front of the guest for a long time. We don't fill anyone with bread and salt anymore. On the contrary, our people saved many from the worry of money, which they extracted from the pockets of foreigners with the dexterity of a surgeon. Our thieves can take your appendix off the bus without you feeling it. You only get caught when you get home and find a hole in your pants and a surgical thread stitch on your skin.

Joke aside, I think it's actually nice, up to a point, to teach Romanian children that they belong to a proud, dignified, smart, beautiful and fair people. Then, our funny and fluffy students become very big and understand how things are. He notices that the class box is brought by limousine to school, while they, the physics Olympics, are brought by tram.

Let's return to the beauty of Romanians. Genetics help them, the poor, nothing to say. It's just that it doesn't make sense to keep beating the water because natural beauty is the most seductive. That's stupid. Without good cosmetics, sports, fitness, yoga, clothes and accessories, that beauty of the people does not open any door. On the other hand, if you find yourself in a Nordic country, where many women are washed seraphically, you will have the impression that they are sexier. Because they are soaked in clothes and luxury cosmetics. Because they have money for plastic surgery and because they do other sports than to walk their asses on social shows, as our Romanian girlfriends do.

& # 8220Romanian men are very brave! & # 8221, we boast, with pride. Sure, that's right, I noticed. If they lose Dinamo, they have the crazy courage to set the stadium on fire and tear down the stands with their bare hands, like smaller Hercules. Aaaa, that these superheroes are afraid of injection, the bee from the dentist, the mice and the dishes with too many vegetables, that's something else. The important thing is that they have the courage to fight with axes, it doesn't matter if they have the fear of killing a spider's web.

Let's be serious, we haven't knocked on the wall door in front of the guest for a long time. We don't fill anyone with bread and salt anymore. On the contrary, our people saved many from the worry of money, which they extracted from the pockets of foreigners with the dexterity of a surgeon.

Knead a soft dough, but not sticky. Leave it to rise.

We grease the table with oil, we break pieces of dough with our hand with oil (about the size of a suitable apple) and with a special movement of the fingers we put an air bubble in the dough ball, from the bottom we break the excess dough so as to obtain a the perfect sphere is the one we put on the table with oil. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
At the end, grease the dumplings with oil and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.

In a larger saucepan heat 1 l of oil. I spread the dumpling on the table and make a hole in one side for the air to fry and fry the langoustine on both sides for about 10-20 seconds. With a kitchen tongs, take the langos out of a bowl and put it on its feet to drain the oil.

Meanwhile, I mixed 3-4 cloves of garlic and salt in a box of sour cream. I shaved cheese.
I put sour cream and cheese on the hot langos. Cream and cheese can be the base, on which we can add finely chopped ham, sweet corn, bolognese sauce with minced meat, marinated onions with salt, vinegar, pepper, ground nutmeg, sliced sausages.
