Oh, but it's fashionable to make a banana cake, you know? Not that I would be interested in what the trends are, because in general, I don't like ha, but this time it's really a delicious recipe. It's not like I can afford to post something that's not good, is it? The combination of chocolate with bananas is divine, but here we are also talking about a slightly wet and chocolate cake. The secret is to leave it in the oven as little as possible. Anyway, it's super easy and fast. This cake is absolutely delicious next to a nice cup of coffee on the porch of the house. I don't have a porch, I don't have a house, I don't drink coffee, but you got the idea anyway. Thank you for serving this cake together with a cup (two, three) of milk, on the balcony ha! You realize that I would be content to eat the second slice, but with my eaters, I put my appetite in the nail!

You will need:
120 grams of soft butter
200 grams of brown or white sugar
2 eggs
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda or a sachet of baking powder
3 & # 8211 4 ripe to very ripe bananas

Mix the butter with the sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and mix again.
Gradually mix the flour, baking soda / baking powder and salt.

If you use nuts or almonds, grind them and add them to the composition.

Take a special cake tray or a normal one with higher walls, put baking paper, pour the composition and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes or, depending on the oven, until browned.

For decoration you can use nuts or bananas or both.

How do I make banana bread?

  • a cup (130 g) of white flour
  • a cup (130 g) wholemeal flour
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas (the more ripe they are, the sweeter the preparation will be)
  • 80 ml of coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • optional sugar & # 8211 I didn't put sugar at all because I thought the bananas were sweet enough + that I would eat nutella, jam or fruit.

First mix the dry ingredients separately, then pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones. I use the Kitchen Aid mixer, but all you need is a pot and a mixing tool.

Meanwhile, set the oven to 170 ° C and grease a tray with a little coconut oil. Pour the preparation into the pan and put it in the oven for 60-70 minutes.

Flower in the ear. Even I (who am not a skilled cook) does quite well. Can't imagine how it smells in the house & # 8230

I recommend eating banana bread with a jam or nutella and of course, coffee. A very, very good breakfast!

Best Banana Bread

Since December, when I received the Bosch MUM Series 2 robot in tests, I've been thinking about what I could do with it, which will be my next recipe. I've always wanted it to be a new recipe, which I've never done before, but somehow the longing for cooking brings me back to my first love & # 8211 The classic banana cake, also called banana bread.

Although I taste a different banana bread almost every week, the one I make is my favorite, because it's on my taste: neither too dry nor too wet, not overly sweet, but fluffy and a little crunchy.

So the first recipe in which the Bosch MUM Series 2 robot came to my aid was my classic banana bread. It was useful to me both for mixing the ingredients and for passing the bananas with the blender and the chopped walnuts, because the robot came equipped with a pastry set (kneading hook, mixing tel, cream tel), device with 3 discs for slicing, grinding and grating, blender and meat grinder.

Although light and compact, the MUM Series 2 is also powerful, being suitable for both beginners and the most experienced in the kitchen.

Banana bread or banana cake

It all started with 2 bananas that were on the road to perdition, or to that of a brandy. But since I don't drink brandy and I refuse to throw away food, I said I should try banana bread too.

I found two recipes that I combined. I leave you the links but I write my combination below :)

I often put quantities in my eyes, but I was convinced that I have to follow a recipe for a banana dough because otherwise I'm afraid it won't bake well in combination with flour.

So I was inspired by the quantities in this vegan recipe.

From here I was inspired by the sauce and the idea of cocoa.
