You will need:
120 grams of soft butter
200 grams of brown or white sugar
2 eggs
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda or a sachet of baking powder

50 & # 8211 100 grams of nuts / almonds (if you don't have one, it's really not a bath)
A little salt
Half a banana for decoration

Mix the butter with the sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and mix again.
Gradually mix the flour, baking soda / baking powder and salt.

Since December, when I received the Bosch MUM Series 2 robot in tests, I've been thinking about what I could do with it, which will be my next recipe. I've always wanted it to be a new recipe, which I've never done before, but somehow the longing for cooking brings me back to my first love & # 8211 The classic banana cake, also called banana bread.

Although I taste a different banana bread almost every week, the one I make is my favorite, because it's on my taste: neither too dry nor too wet, not overly sweet, but fluffy and a little crunchy.

So the first recipe in which the Bosch MUM Series 2 robot came to my aid was my classic banana bread. It was useful to me both for mixing the ingredients and for passing the bananas with the blender and the chopped walnuts, because the robot came equipped with a pastry set (kneading hook, mixing tel, cream tel), device with 3 discs for slicing, grinding and grating, blender and meat grinder.

Although light and compact, the MUM Series 2 is also powerful, being suitable for both beginners and the most experienced in the kitchen.


Check with bananas and carrots

Let's try a recipe for banana bread (banana cake) with carrots. She will surely be loved by both the big ones and the lustful little ones.

What we need:

You can also try the recipe for overturned cake with bananas and blueberries. A reinterpreted banana bread recipe, with caramelized blueberries, is absolutely delicious.
