My little girl, if she sees the zucchini in the food ... of course she doesn't eat it. With these meatballs I managed to fool her and she said she still wants it :)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 eggs
- as much flour as it contains
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pumpkin meatballs:
The zucchini are washed and peeled. Cut into cubes.
In a food processor we put the zucchini, the peeled and crushed garlic, the spices, the eggs and the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix everything very well.
Put the composition in a bowl and add the flour until it becomes the consistency of a thick cream.
Put oil in a pan. When it has heated up, put the composition with a spoon. Fry on both sides.
When they are ready, take them out on a paper napkin to absorb the oil.
Serve preferably hot.
