box (7.75 oz) Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Pasta Salad™ Classic
tablespoons Asian hot sauce (like Sriracha)
Cook the Suddenly Salad™ according to pacakge directions.
Dice the avocado and cucumber.
In a cast-iron skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, and cook it just until pink. Salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and hot sauce.
To assemble the pasta salad, spoon the shrimp over the cooked Suddenly Salad™ pasta. Mix in the avocado and cucumber. Drizzle the spicy mayonnaise atop.
- Making this recipe ahead of time? In air-tight containers, store the spicy mayonnaise mixture separately from the rest of the dish in the refrigerator, and drizzle the sauce just before serving.
