All vegetables are cleaned, washed and diced. Put to harden in oil, then add water.

  • 250 grams of red loboda
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • 2 bunches of green garlic
  • 20 ml (1 tablespoon) of oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon (12 grams) of flour
  • 500 ml. of milk
  • 500 ml. the water
  • 60 grams of cream with 25% fat
  • 150 ml. whipped milk (or sour milk, yogurt, etc.)
  • 1 fresh egg yolk
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • for hardening, vinegar (I used a very good apple cider vinegar, it is called "Sour Deer" and is produced in Slatina) or lemon juice to taste and pepper
  • optional: red scrambled eggs on both sides of an egg, strips of smoked bacon

Preparation of loboda soup as in Transylvania:

1. Wash the red loboda in some cold water. Peel and wash the green onions and garlic. Chop the rounds the white and light green part of the garlic and onion. Chop the onion leaves (all or only part, depending on how much you like) and put them separately. Loboda is cleaned of thicker roots and stalks and chopped into suitable pieces (so that they can be easily taken in a spoon).

2. Put a pot on medium heat and add the oil, then the chopped onion and garlic (white and light green). Add a pinch of salt from the beginning and cook over medium / low heat until soft.

Note: instead of oil, you could use smoked bacon, fried in a pot until the fat melts and the scallops are browned, but smoked meats are also on that extremely comprehensive list of things I don't feel like today.

3. After the onion and garlic have softened, add the flour and paprika, mix quickly and immediately quench with milk and water, because the paprika is not allowed to stay too long "on dry land", because it would change color and flavor.

4. Bring the liquid to a boil, taste and add salt to taste. Now add the chopped loboda as well as the chopped green onion leaves.

5. Keep it on the fire only until it boils and with the loboda, which will soften quickly and color the juice in a beautiful pink, then remove from the heat and add the chopped dill.

6. In a bowl, beat the fresh egg yolk with the cream and whipped milk with a fork, dilute with 1 pinch of hot juice then pour into the pot and mix quickly with the soup. The taste of the soup with salt and pepper is adjusted according to the taste, and each one will be sour and suitable to fit on the plate.

Well, and as we decided to keep the traditional omelet noodles for moments when our appetite will be healthier, we ate this juice with thick slices of homemade bread, toasted and rubbed with a drop of garlic. And so! Good was, I had the desire, what I wish you and your gentlemen!

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. It is preferable to cut the potatoes into large cubes. Boil the vegetables in 1 1/2 liters of water. After 15 minutes, add the tomatoes, pre-baked, peeled, and peeled. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, then simmer and season the soup to taste. Ba & # 539i milk with egg yolks and salt. Gradually add a tablespoon of the boiled vegetables. Put the chicken and the finely chopped parsley in the soup. Take the bowl off the heat and gradually pour the mixture with the whipped milk, stirring lightly. Bring to the table the portions of finely chopped tarragon or lion leaves, so that each one can add as desired.

The cake with corn and whipped milk is a dessert that reminds many of their childhood, especially if they grew up in the Transylvania area. It was the most popular dessert, because it is an affordable cake, made with simple and cheap ingredients, that everyone has at home.

Today we offer you a return to time, to your grandparents' kitchen, with this wonderful dessert. The cake with corn and whipped milk can also be your children's favorite dessert, so that the charm of the cakes according to grandma's recipes is not lost.

  • 250 g cornmeal
  • 125 g semolina
  • 650 ml whipped milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120 g butter or oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • the peel of a lemon
  • a pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a tray that you line with baking paper.

Put all the dry ingredients except the sugar in a bowl and mix. Separate the eggs and put the sugar over the yolks. Mix with the mixer until the composition has increased in volume and the sugar has melted. Add the whipped milk over the cream, then the melted and cooled butter.

Stir in the yolk cream and sugar over the dry ingredients and mix well. Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Pour the egg white foam little by little over the previously made cream. Incorporate with a fork, and at the end, add the lemon peel.

Pour the top into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. The cake must be browned and pass the toothpick test.

When the cake has cooled a little, you can add powdered sugar over it or leave it like that.


Bean soup with whipped milk

It is also my favorite, but I cook it according to the Moldovan recipe. I add carrots, and the whipped milk allows it to grow well, not really fresh, so that it comes out sour, but it depends on the taste. And at the end I beat a few eggs with sour cream and I add them over the others. And of course the larch, which I adore!

Method of preparation: Boil the spinach, drain well and chop. Cook the finely chopped onion together with the tomatoes in a pan with a little oil, add the spinach and a tablespoon of broth. Meanwhile, the whipped milk is put on the fire and when it starts to heat, add a tablespoon of flour, mix with the whisk and beat the egg. Leave it on the fire and when it is almost hot, add the slightly hardened spinach, mix and put it to boil a little. Add salt, dill, parsley to taste.
Depending on the season, spinach can be replaced with nettles, loboda, diced pumpkin, green beans.
It can be served hot, but it is also good cold.

Good luck my dears! I remember perfectly the day of January 31, 2016, I was in the port of Eminonu, somewhere around 12 o'clock, it was a wind that passes through you, I think that through the ski suit, we were going to embark to go to Princess Island, we had more well over an hour to wait. It wasn't just freezing in front of the boarding gate and we thought we'd go somewhere to have a tea to warm up. Being very close to the Spice Bazaar, of course it was a big bustle, tourists looking for different things, sellers inviting you to taste you wonder what, but also many curious. The first intersection of the bazaar 3 pubs on one corner, spacious snow, but enough space for 15-20 people, all lusting inside. I chose the youngest one, considering that I only wanted a tea, but a boy was chopping onions. Curious by nature, I followed him, then I talked to him, solving the mystery, lentil soup. There was no need for a recipe, I had only seen what it does and I didn't even get to taste it then, but the next day I came back and not only did I taste it but I ate two portions, a soup so good that today I make at least one once a month. But now I leave you to consult the list of ingredients and the simple way to prepare a soup ready in half an hour, tasty and very healthy.

How to make lentil cream soup with coconut milk and lime

Ingredient:

  • Red lentils 250 g
  • Onions 100 g
  • Garlic 3-4 puppies
  • Olive oil 100 ml
  • Carrots 250 g
  • Ginger 2 cm
  • Chili Flakes 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
  • Curry 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 400 ml (1 can, full fat)
  • Lime 3 pcs for serving
  • Parsley a few leaves for decoration
  • Salt

Method of preparation:

We clean the vegetables and cut them coarsely.

In a large pot, put the olive oil, vegetables, a little salt and fry them well until soft, over low heat.

Put the lentils over the vegetables and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Add about 2.5 liters of water and simmer until all ingredients are soft and suitable to mix.

Add coconut milk and spices and salt if needed.

In a blender, mix the cream well until you get a creamy and creamy consistency. Be very careful, if you mix with a blender that has a hermetic lid, you must let it melt at room temperature, otherwise there is a risk of the vessel exploding due to pressure or you can mix with a vertical one if you hurry.

After mixing, bring it to a boil and it is ready to be served with squeezed lime juice. I increase my work and my appetite


Wolf soup with whipped milk

It's a different kind of wolfberry soup. It is a soup full of vigor and vitamins, with a wonderful, fresh, slightly sour taste from whipped milk, with a wonderful spring aroma from the abundance of vegetables and greens it contains. Because it is spring and we have to eat a lot of greens full of vitamins, I think it is necessary to prepare loboda soup as often as possible.

We really like vegetable soups, especially prepared like this, with milk (beaten, obviously), dense and thick, which I, during this period, prepare quite often. These are the nutritious, filling and “good and bad” soups that are part of the series of “milk soups” that I told you about on another occasion (see Pumpkin Soup).

If you go over the part with the choice and washing of the wolf, which is the most meticulous and requires more time, the preparation of this soup is then "flower to the ear".

Ingredient (8-10 perţii)

  • 10 bundles of wolf (I like this very thick soup)
  • 2 small onions or 1 large one
  • 2 carrots
  • Mare big red pepper
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • ¼ celery root
  • 2 & # 8211 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 link green dill
  • ½ green parsley link
  • ½ green larch connection
  • approx. 300 gr. sour cream
  • approx. 600 ml. whipped milk / kefir (I used healthy milk)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • about 2.5 liters of boiled water
  • salt (to taste)

Method of preparation

-Wash the loboda very well, choose healthy leaves (if appropriate) and scald for 2-3 minutes in boiling water until the leaves soften slightly. Remove the loboda and place in a sieve until cool.

-As long as the loboda cools, clean and wash all the vegetables.

-Cut into small pieces (cubes, as appropriate) onions, carrots, peppers, celery, tomatoes (which have been peeled before) and greenery (dill, parsley, larch).

-When the loboda has cooled and drained enough to be handled, cut the strips and set aside.

-Put the vegetables in a pot to simmer and soak a little in 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

-When the vegetables have started to change color and bottle, add salt, gradually add a little boiled water and let it boil over the right heat.

-When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the chopped loboda, add about 1.5-2 liters of boiled water and let it boil covered, until the vegetables are cooked.

-Meanwhile, add the tomatoes and let it boil for a few minutes, until the tomatoes soften.

-During this time, prepare the whipped milk dressing, respectively: in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with a pinch of salt, add the whipped milk and cream and mix very well with the whisk.

-In the dressing of milk / cream and egg, gradually add a few tablespoons of the hot soup, to even out the temperature of the mixture with that of the soup and mix continuously, homogenizing the contents.

-Slowly pour the homogeneous mixture of beaten milk, stirring continuously, in the wolf's soup that is on the fire. Season with salt and simmer a few more times, until the soup is ready.

-Sprinkle the freshly chopped dill, parsley and green larch and keep the pot covered with the lid for a few minutes.
